I know this is covered in the RP rules, but I feel this cannot be stressed enough.
CONSENT IS KEY
For Shard Events:
Most RP for shard events will be pretty PG-13 ish....there might be some adult content implied.
If the RP at an event makes you uncomfortable, SPEAK UP. It's too easy for us to shoot someone a message of "hey, could you tone it down a bit until the event is over please".
If the planned RP for the nights event requires something that is likely to make people uncomfortable, WE WILL WARN YOU BEFORE THE EVENT.
******NOTE****** Also, if you're offended by something, that's fine, we respect that. You're feelings are valid. HOWEVER, that does not mean everyone else is expected to be just as offended as you are, and you can show the same respect to others that you are given.
AND if you want the best possible results from staff, don't come at us sideways about stuff. Talk to us, respectfully, like adults. We promise to listen. We don't promise to stand there and just take it if you want to scream like a banshee.
For Individual RP:
You are free to play your character however you wish. You are NOT free to force other players into RP they are not comfortable with.
We are a pretty easy going group of people, but pushing past boundaries and not respecting when a player says no, is not something we tolerate.
There are many different styles of RP. There is no judgment or shame in your preferred style. But understand that it might not be right for everyone.
Reminder to everyone, and I cannot stress this enough, "This is how this character is played" is not a get out of jail free card. Fine, play your character, but if it makes others uncomfortable, expect them to not RP with you as a result.
We promise to treat everyone fairly, we promise to hold regular events, we promise to never shut down the server for good, so that you never have to worry about your work and all your efforts going to waist. WE DO NOT promise to force anyone to game with you.

If any player is pushing past your boundaries, or makes you feel uncomfortable, don't hesitate to come to us.
If you are not confrontational but need a situation handled, tell us, DO NOT suffer in silence.
