This is meant to help lessen any confusion that there might be about exactly what staff have the authority to do, or not do.
To staff members:
As a general rule thumb, if you are able to fix and handle
a situation yourself, by all means, do so.
And then report who was involved, what the situation was,
what was done, and why it was done.

On Discord
Any comments made in areas that should be posted in the Anything Goes Channel, simply copy the message, paste it to the proper channel, and then delete the original message. IF it is an uploaded image, there isn't much you can do other than delete it, as you can't just copy it. (Staff is not required to copy the image to their computer, and then repost it for those who are not able to post it in the correct area. If you want it to stay on discord, put it in the right channel!)
Staff can also Mute, Deafen, Change Nicknames, Kick, and Ban members.
Staff can move members to other voice channels.
And lastly, Staff can manage the emojis. (meaning you can add to our emoji list if you want!)
On the Forums
Staff can Make Announcements, make threads Sticky, Lock threads, Move, Bump, Edit, threads. (Dear lord, if you find typos or grammatical errors, feel free to edit it!)
Staff can Edit Profiles, warn Members, and send out Mass PM's.
Under the Admin Tab at the top, Staff can edit the News Feed, Forum Avatars, Manage attachments, approve members (if we set it up to where new members need approval), and make changes to our shout box!
To Staff, if I didn't trust you with these permissions and authority, then I wouldn't have given it to you. I just ask that communication stay open and that I not be caught unaware of something that's happened, so kindly keep me in the loop!
To members, again, if I didn't trust staff with these permissions, they wouldn't have it. This means they are trusted not to abuse the power and to not mistreat members. If there are any misunderstandings or miscommunication between staff and members, please feel free to send me a message and I'm sure we can get it worked out! And know that if there is a case of abuse of power, it will be taken very seriously and handled.
